    • What is our price point? How many beds and baths are you looking for?
    • What is your must have list?
2. Set up home search.

3. Narrow down properties that client would like to see.

4. Make an offer, and this is how the offer looks. Review contract with client.

5. Our Value Add:
Network and connections for pocket/private listings; Professionally known throughout the real estate industry – important, because if competitive and multiple offers, then we are much more likely to win if Seller’s agent knows who we are and how we operate. They’ll want to work with someone who can close the deal.

  1. Have a CMA ready (internal) prior to visiting the home. Know everything about the home and the Seller, as well as the immediate area. Subliminally fire off knowledge of the area.

  2. Visit the Home (Part of Step 1).

  3. Go through our book – who we are (our background), what business we’ve done, what our team looks like, what our brokerage offers, and how we intend on getting this done?

  4. Discuss Rainan and his talents regarding staging and optimizing marketing potential.

  5. Discuss our commission split. Our commission split is 6.5%, non-negotiable because of what we provide. We spend money in marketing your home. You get our cell phone numbers (2 agents, not 1), and we work night and day. You’ll get our undivided attention. We show up to every single showing. We sell your home, and we take our fiduciary obligations seriously.

    • SELLER 2.5% COMMISSION TO BUYERS’ AGENT
